CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE I, Teresa A. Glatthorn, am Licensed as a Psychologist in Pennsylvania. I am also a Registered Play Therapy Supervisor (the highest national play therapy credential) and a Certified Professor in Child Psychotherapy and Play Therapy (the highest international play therapy credential). I have a B.S. in Psychology from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, an M.A. in Community Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia PA, and a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University in Immaculata PA. I have earned many continuing education credits in play therapy and psychology/mental health topics. More recently, I have been trained in One Brain and IET, two forms of Mind-Body-Spirit healing that are tremendously powerful for dealing with feeling stuck, restricted and/or overwhelmed with emotions. The One Brain also corrects learning issues that are associated with traumatic or painful life experiences. The Art of Communicating is an Approved Provider of Continuing Education in Play Therapy through the Association for Play Therapy, the national credentialing organization, APT Provider No. 95-021.
